This is a new course aimed for professionals who already work in the field but want to take your knowledge to the next level! A Product Developer is a key role in the footwear companies, big or small, and a profession that is not particularly taught as a course in the college level courses. Do you work in corporate, and want to be closer to the product? Are you an entrepreneur starting your own footwear line, but want to be able to communicate with the factories better? This is a class for you.

Coursework:
- design, pattern and prototype - hands-on process from start to finish
- participants will be a mock team of developers that follow through the development process from start to finish
- problem solving and troubleshooting - how to avoid and overcome common pitfalls of the development process
- learn the fundamentals of footwear machinery - how to use them, maintain them etc.

Time:
- Span of 4-5 weekends
